The hitches for the 2014 Toyota Sienna that are going to be the strongest and most durable are the Class III hitches. Out of the Class III options, the Curt hitches, such as # C13105, have been doing well in terms of powder coating and corrosion resistance. Even the inner part of the cross tube is coated.
The Class III hitches also have a 2 inch receiver which is going to afford you many options for bike racks, more so than a Class I or II hitch would.
Based on the ride height of the 2014 Sienna, none of the hitches are going to set up very high. I have linked a video showing installation of the Curt hitch so you can see where it will be in its final position.
If you can tell me how many bikes you want to carry and if you would like access to the rear hatch without removing the bikes, let me know and I can make some recommendations for you.
