Front to Back and Side to Side Distance of Mounting Tabs on Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection

Question:

I have a 2013 GMC 2500 HD that already has bed rails installed. I was wondering what the distance in between the rails where the mounting tabs for the pins that secure the hitch to the rails is?

Expert Reply:

The Andersen Ultimate Connection for 5th wheel rails # AM3200 fits in industry standard above the bed rails and rail spacing. The front to back distance between the mounting slots on center will be approximately 22 inches which is the same for a 5th wheel hitch.

The adapter fits in the middle set of mounting slots which are 20-1/2 inches apart on center.
