Where to Get the Relay to Activate the 12 Volt Circuit on the 7-Way of a 2008 Ford F150

Question:

I am planning to place an order for a Brake controller and while I was at it I wanted to get the relay I need to activate the 12v power wire at the 7 wire plug. I believe it goes in slot five in my fuse panel but I have been unable to determine the correct part # to order it. Can you assist?

The relay you need to activate the 12 volt power circuit of your trailer connector is available at your local Ford dealer. I wish we carried it so that you could get it from us but we do not.

The correct harness to install the Curt Venturer Brake Controller part # C74VV in your 2008 Ford F150 would be the part # C51322. This harness will plug into the back of the brake controller and the other end will plug into the port under your dash near the center console.
