Is There A Trailer Hitch Available For A 2006 BMW 325XI To Haul Bikes

Hello, I have a 2006 BMW 325XI that Im looking to put a hitch on to hold a bike rack. Im having some trouble finding a hitch that fits though as the Curt 11771 has been discontinued. Do you happen to have stock anywhere of this part or possibly another hitch that could fit my car? If not, any suggestions on how to sort this out. Not interested in doing roof racks. Thanks, -Jason

Hey Jason,

We unfortunately do not currently have a trailer hitch that will fit your 2006 BMW 3-series. I would call around to your local fabrication/weld shops and see if they could find a way to weld on a hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 and clear your rear fascia without having the hitch sit too low.

Your other option aside from a roof rack would be a trunk mount bike rack like the Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount # SA805BL. This bike rack has adjustable arms with rubber feet to easily mount to the trunk of your BMW without scratching the paint. It can hold two bikes up to 35lbs each.
