Hi Bob,
Yes, the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2-1/2" Hitches # ERT00110 will work with your 2020 Ford F-350 with the TorkLift SuperHitch # TLF1008-30.
Since this is a hitch with a 2" and 2-1/2" receiver you just need to use your ball mount in the 2-1/2" receiver portion to mount the # ERT00110.
