Hey John,

When you say your 2016 Jeep Wrangler has a winch bumper I assume you mean an off-road bumper with D-rings, correct? If so we can get your Jeep set up with a flat tow package, just keep in mind the right base plate adapter will depend on the diameter of the pin hole on your D-rings. So you'll want to measure to be sure you get the right size, but otherwise here is what you'll need:

- Base Plate Kit - 1" D-Rings: Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters # BX88358
OR
- Base Plate Kit - 7/8" D-Rings: Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters # BX88357

- Tow Bar: Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420

- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267

- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251

- Towed Vehicle Battery Charge Line Kit # DM66VR

Blue Ox has a deserved reputation for quality which is why I really like them for your Jeep, and the Avail tow bar is easy to use, connecting with arms that self-align; you just connect the tabs and drive your motorhome forward. The tow bar is robust, with 10,000 lb capacity, which is well over what your Jeep weighs, and even comes with safety cables so you don't have to purchase those separately.

I really like the Flexo-Coil wiring kit because it is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback, keeping your Jeep's electrical system safe, and the charge line kit will keep your battery charged as it is being towed. As for the braking system, the Stay-IN-Play DUO is easily the best because it gives you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. So when you hit the brakes on your motorhome, your truck is going to get the same amount of braking power, resulting in much smoother braking than other systems.
