Trailer Wiring Harness Kit For A 2011 Ford Crown Vicotria LX
Question:
Hello, I need a trailer wiring harness kit to plug in to my trailer. The trailer has a seven-pin plug, but I assume a four-pin flat with an adapter will work well enough. The car is a Ford Crown Victoria LX 2011. I am confused by the many options- is it the curt C59236? Or is that more than I need? Also, I am concerned about The durability issue of splicing into my turn signals- is there a better option I should go with than the t splices? Thanks much, Ry

Hello Ry, thanks for reaching out. The Curt # C59236 is exactly what you will need for your 2011 Ford Crown Victoria LX. There are no plug and play kits available for the 2011 Crown Vic, so a universal hardwire kit like this one will be the only option. This kind of wiring harness is completely safe to install on your vehicle. The Curt harnesses are known to be of better quality and durability than other brands like Hopkins. If you need to plug in a 7-way, you can use the adapter # 57102. Or for a fully functioning 7-way you can use the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7.
