I have a trailer with a Rockwell axle TD35850000WQX and I’m trying to determine the capacity . Can you help me please?

With that part number we aren't able to really tell much. Better option would be to look at the hubs and see if you can get a part number and brand off of them. The diameter of the axle and wheel bolt pattern can be clues as well.
