Expert Reply:
I have attached an image of the Draw-Tite Hitch item # 41947 referenced in your question with a few dimensions labeled.
The distance between mounting holes, from the left side mounting bracket to the right side mounting bracket is 30-1/2". The distance between the mounting holes, center to center, is 3-1/2" for the closer of the two holes and 15-7/8" from the hole nearest the receiver to the rear bracket hole.
Additionally, the crosstube on the Draw-Tite item # 41947 can be adjusted along the frame brackets, so there are 3 possible answers to your question depending on where you set it. From the top of the bracket to the top of the receiver tube, there can be a distance of 6-5/8", 8-1/4", or 10-1/4".
