Recommended Upgraded Equalizers For A 2019 Grand Design Reflection 31MB  

Question:

I have a 19 Grand Design 31MB. Interested in replacing the factory shackles with these. The sticker states GVWR is 11995 but the GAWR is 5200 per. Distance between bolts are 7-3/4”. What would be the right replacement for these?

Hey Andrew,

The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 has a 6" eyelet to eyelet measurement so you'd have a 1-3/4" difference to make up which would likely require you to replace the shackle straps and possibly the leaf springs. We recommend replacing equalizers with ones that have similar measurements to avoid fitment issues with the rest of the suspension. I recommend going with the E-Z Flex Equalizers - Double-Eye Springs # K71-655-00 instead.

If you have a 2-1/4" measurement from eyelet to eyelet on your shackle straps you can go with the # K71-653-00 to get upgraded shackle straps and wet bolts as well.
