The etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA will work assuming you have brake flanges on the axle. If you don't have a brake flange you will need to take two of the # 4-35 to an axle shop and have them welded on. You will also need a hub and drum assembly like # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.

I'm assuming the trailer has a 4-way on it right now so you will have up upgrade to a 7-way using the # HM20048. Adding brakes also means you need a breakaway kit like # 20400. On the vehicle side, you will need a 7-way and a brake controller if you don't already have one.

The # ETBC7 has everything required to upgrade a 4-way to a 7-way. For a brake controller, I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR. The # RED69FR will also be required for installation. I can check to see if there is a custom wiring harness for a 7-way and brake controller installation if you let me know what vehicle you have.
