Troubleshooting INstallation of B&W Gooseneck Hitch on 2021 GMC Sierra 1500

Question:

I got a gooseneck hitch for my 21 sierra at4 and the u bolts are 2 differbt sizes and do not fit where the instructions say they should.

Without some pictures or additional information it is difficult to know what might be going on with the installation of your # BWGNRK1019. I can confirm this fits your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 unless you have the CarbonPro box. The U-bolts used under the truck for installation should be the same size. If they're not the same size you can reach out to customer service to get the right U-bolts.

Technically there are two different pairs of U-bolts if you're looking at the safety chain loops so you should have four total, two of each size. I'm not sure if that is what you're looking at but it is worth mentioning. I went ahead and attached a video below with an installation we did on a 2021. I would try to compare what you're looking at to that and see if you can figure out the difference.
