Hey Matthew,

We don't offer the Suburban brand so I'm unsure if they offer an adapter to cover up the gap left from your Atwood Water Heater. I typically recommend Furrion because their tankless water heater is one of the best options on the market and they have multiple door sizes to cover up gaps. To put it in perspective the SW6DEL maxes out around 16 gallons of hot water per hour, whereas the # FR93FR can produce up to 144 gallons of hot water per hour. If you want to switch to a Furrion unit then we offer the following access door sizes:

16" x 16" # FR98SR
16" x 18" # FR48SR
18" x 18" # FR68SR

You'll also want to pick up some butyl tape # AL28FJ to place on the back side of the mounting flanges for both the main unit and door as well as some non-sag sealant # 344270341437-1 for around the outer edge of the door for a watertight seal. I've attached a video below where Jake will show you how to fill in the gaps in order to get the main unit mounted as well.
