Installation of Curt Hitch on 2012 Ford Escape
Question:
Why do the written instructions show a 3/8 inch spacer between the hitch and the frame rail on the passenger side? But the video doesn’t install this spacer? 2012 ford escape Curt 13650

He actually does install the spacer block on the passenger side for the # 13650 but I can see why it seems that way. At the 2 minute mark he says "I'll slide my block on first" but the camera is on the person helping with the installation on the driver side. The installer is on the other side and not shown in the video.
