5th Wheel Rail kit Recommendation for 2010 Ford F150 with 5.5 ft box and Firestone Air Bags
Question:
Just wondering if this fifth wheel kit will work if I already have the firestone ride rite air bag kit in my truck?

As long as the Firestone System you have on your 2010 Ford F150 with a short bed is the part # F2542 then I have a solution for installing a fifth wheel hitch.
You will want to use a universal fifth wheel installation kit like part # RP30035-426 as these kits are the only ones that are compatible with a # F2542 being installed as well. So the Reese Fifth Wheel Installation kit part # RP50081-58 that you referenced would not work.
Since you have a 5-1/2 foot bed you would need a stationary hitch like Reese 5th Wheel part # RP30047 with a Sidewinder pin box to make 90 degree turns.
Sidewinders are pin box specific, so you will need to know the pin box model to be able to pick out the correct Sidewinder to use. I attached an FAQ article on Sidewinders that has a chart at the bottom that will allow you to see what Sidewinder would replace yours once you know which one you have.
