I BOUGHT A BW 5TH WHEEL KIT AND I DONT A THE RAILS,THAT GO ON THE BED,I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED WAS ALL THERE AND IT IS NOT.I BOUGHT A 18K BW.THANKS. STEVEN

Hello Steve. I see that you ordered the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270. What you ordered is the hitch only and does not include an install/rail kit.
You have a 2021 Chevy 1500 with a 6.5' bed, correct? If so, you will need the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2504 to complete your setup. I have linked our installation video for you below.
