Hey Robert,
We do have a tow bar base plate for your 2014 Honda Pilot, as well as the rest of parts needed to flat tow it:
- Base Plate Kit: Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2251
- Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox and Curt Base Plates # e47ZR
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Supplemental Braking System: Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Flat Tow Brake System # HM39494
Blue Ox has a deserved reputation for the quality of their base plates, and they also give your truck a nice, clean look when you aren't towing it due to their removable arms. For the tow bar, the SD has a 6,500 lb capacity, which is well over what your Pilot weighs, and even comes with safety cables so you don't have to purchase those separately. Its arms also extend nearly 52 inches, which is longer than most and allows your Pilot to track better behind your motorhome, particularly on tighter turns.
I really like the Flexo-Coil wiring kit because it is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback, keeping your electrical system safe, and the Brake Buddy is nice because it allows you to set the exact braking power you want for your Honda.
