Hello Guy. That is a pretty small fender. We do have one potential option for you, but unfortunately, we do not have anything that will fit all of your parameters. The closest thing we offer is the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender # CE17717. This fender measures 16-1/4" long and 7" wide. So not quite the 8" width you were looking for, but if you can make it work this will definitely be the closest option.
Anything 8" wide or more will be much longer than you are needing. For example the smallest 8" wide fender we have is the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender # CE17800G which is 28" long.
