I have Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2 Hitches - Frame Mount. I lost on of the posts qwhich holds the bike in place. There are two of them and they are shaped like a cane. Can I buy a replacement?

If you're referring to the ratcheting hooks for your Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR you'll need part number # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-L for the long arm and # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-S for the short arm.
