Hi William,

You have a dual-stage horizontal regulator like the Camco # CAM59323, but with this being a residential setup you'll need to check the fitting size and BTU rating in order to determine the correct replacement. There's a much higher demand for residential use compared to RV use so you'll likely need to get a replacement at your local hardware store to get the correct fitting size and BTU rating. The # CAM59323 has a 160,000 BTU rating and requires 1/4" MPT inlet connector and 3/8" MPT outlet connector.

When installing the new regulator you'll want the vent facing down to allow any moisture build up inside of it to leak out and prevent clogs.
