Troubleshooting Furrion Electric Fireplace Won't Allow Temperature Change
Question:
My fireplace is stuck on one temp 78 degrees and won’t move off of that.

The first thing I would do is remove the # FF30SC15ABL from the wall and disconnect the power. Leave it disconnected for about 15 minutes for it to fully reset. While you're waiting, go ahead and remove any dust and debris from the vents on the unit. I would also double check the remote batteries. If that still doesn't fix it check for power with a multimeter like # PT89ZR to make sure it is getting a full 120 volts.
