2019 Chevy Express 3500 Trailer Wiring and Brake Controller Recommendations
Question:
I want to put trailer wiring on my 2019 Chevy 3500 15 passenger van. Im pretty sure there is not a tow package on it already. Can you confirm that I have picked the proper products to completely accomplish this task? Im looking at parts 31345, ETBC7, 90195. Anything major that Im missing? I have already put on a Curtis hitch from you. Thank you!

Hey Scott, thanks for reaching out!
The parts you're looking at will definitely get you what you're wanting in terms of wiring and a brake controller on your 2019 Chevy Express 3500, but I actually recommend swapping out the Hopkins Wiring # 31345 with the Tekonsha T-One # 118392. In my experience, Hopkins is less reliable and I wouldn't be surprised if you had to end up changing out that wiring a little further down the road.
So for your application I recommend the following parts:
- 4-Way Wiring Kit # 118392
- Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7
- Prodigy P3 Controller # 90195
Attached are some installation videos of these parts for your reference!
