Hello Sylvain. The Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 is designed to fit on a 3" wide tongue with mounting holes 3" apart on center. I do not have any specs listed for the Titan AERO 6000 disc brake actuator but as long as the trailer tongue is 3" wide with holes 3" apart on center, the # 099-175-20 will be a perfectly suitable replacement.
