Recommended Class V Hitch for a 42 Inch Wide Frame

Hello, I am looking for class IV or V bolt on only hitch to accommodate a frame rail width of 42”. Thanks!

I would need to know what specific year make and model vehicle you have to recommend a custom fit class IV or V hitch. The best solution I have for you without that information is to recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch item # 41990-07. This is a class V universal hitch with a 2" receiver. It fits frames up to 44" wide and has brackets that bolt directly to the sides. There is welding required on this heavy duty of a hitch but it is only to attach the crossmember to the frame brackets.
