Can New Holes Be Drilled for Ram Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube
Question:
Would there be a problem if the tube was redrilled so the inner tube could be rotated 90 degrees so the latch faces the front.

If you want the handle for the Ram Gooseneck Coupler w/ Load Bearing Pin # GCSQ-25008 to be forward-facing then you'll want to weld it on in that orientation. If you were to drill a whole new set of holes in the inner tube that would make the inner tube weaker and we'll want to avoid that.
