Error With Diagram For etrailer Class 3 Hitch e83ZR

Question:

In the spirit of continuous improvement: RE Your illustration for installation of part No. e83ZR trailer hitch Subaru Forester. Parts #2 and #3 are mislabeled. The illustration shows the square hole spacer #3 in the wrong location below the frame should be inside the frame. Fix your illustration. NOTE: I loved your product. Installed the hitch and wire harness without issue

You aren't by chance looking for a job writing manuals for trailer hitches are you? lol all jokes aside I have passed this info on to the appropriate parties and we will get this fixed to help avoid any future confusion. Jesse, you guys run a good operation… I want to see you succeed. I’m 78 and had a good life of doing my own mechanical and equipment work as a private woodland manager, general bldg contractor and then starting 1985 after grad school, as a training developer and technical training manager for 18yrs at INtel corp worldwide. Yes, I managed new product diagnostics training for many intel mfg sites around the world. Im impressed by the comprehensive DIY installation info I found for your products and want to see them as “best in class”. Keep up the good work and thanks for seeing this in the spirit of continuous improvement. So many others don’t. Keep a feather in your hat. G
