Can I Use the Foot Sensor for the Lift Gate on a 2014 Ford Escape with Hidden Hitch # 87627
Question:
Do you have a trailer hitch for a 2014 Ford Escape that lets you use the foot sensor for the powerlift gate? Thanks.

According to the trailer hitch installation instructions that come with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75758 that you referenced, you can install the hitch on a 2014 Ford Escape with hands-free lift gate, though it will limit the sensor areas to spots directly next to the exhaust exits (towards the center of the vehicle and not on the outboard side). I have linked a diagram of the sensor areas for you.
To complete the towing set up, I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring I recommend # 118566. I have linked instructions for the wiring as well and a video of the installation of part # 75758 on a 2014 Ford Escape.
