Hello George. I can confirm that yes, the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 42866UC3-EZ will indeed fit your Lippert 7K axle. I was able to get ahold of Lippert and they confirmed the following specs for your axle:
7K
Inner race - 25520
Inner bearing - 25580
Outer race - 14276
Outer bearing - 14125A
Grease seal - 2.250 Inch I.D. - 3.376 Inch O.D.
