Great question, Mike!
The Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL43WQ will help support the OEM suspension on your 2023 Nissan Rogue but they won't increase the tongue weight capacity for your vehicle - this is the case for every suspension enhancement for any vehicle.
The only time I've ever seen a vehicle with the option to increase the weight capacity is when a "tow package" can be added, which in turn gives the vehicle more durability. You'll have to reach out to Nissan to see if there is any way to actually increase the weight rating of the vehicle.
