As there is not a custom fit wiring harness for your 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid, you are going to want to use the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. This is a universal harness which uses sensor to detect when power goes through the wiring for the tail lights. So there is no need to splice into the factory wiring.
