7-Way Kit Recommendation for 2017 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
I have a 2017 Tacoma with the hitch but no wiring. There is a blank on the bumper for a 7 pin / 4 pin combo like from the factory. What wiring and connections would you suggest to duplicate an OEM set up?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Hey Norris, to add a 7-way to your 2017 Toyota Tacoma what you'd want is the Tekonsha part # 22117 which comes with everything. This does not give you an OEM style 7-way though so if you wanted that style you'd also need the part # HM40975 to replace the 7-way that comes with the kit.
