The bracket # EQ95-01-5600 is just a replacement for Equal-i-zer WDS rated from 6,000 lbs ot 14,000 lbs, so if you have any of those systems it'll work.

I'm assuming you have the 6K Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37060ET since that would be the best fit for your trailer, which would mean that # EQ95-01-5600 will work great.

Sorry it’s the 11,500 lbs Reese pro round bar weight distribution w/ sway control hitch that I have. Would that work with a 3000 lb trailer or no it’s too much?

@Scott I mean that would work technically but it's kind of overkill for a 3,000 lb trailer.

@BryceD well I have this one laying around from a previous truck and trailer. So if I can use that instead of buying a different one then why not

@Scott Hard to argue that, Scott. Like I said, you'll be fine to use that system, it's just a bit overkill.

The 6k to 14k WDS would be the best fit for a 20’ 3k lb trailer? I assumed it would be way to big for a trailer that small

@Scott The 6K WDS is what you'd be using since you'd need to choose a WDS based off of your tongue weight. So if your trailer weighed 3,000 lbs ready to go and we can figure tongue weight 10-15% of that, that puts you around 300 to 450 lbs, which puts your trailer right around the middle of the # EQ37060ET system.
