Replacement Axle and Hubs for 2003 Four Winns Horizon 190
Question:
Hi, I need a replacement axle and hubs for a 2003 Four Winns Horizon 190 boat trailer. It has a 6 bolt pattern. 87 inch hub face, 70 inch spring centers, and a rectangle tube. I cannot find a model number anywhere. Do you have a replacement axle and hubs with hydraulic breaks for me? Also, I am in Canada. Do you ship to Canada? Can you ship to a Montana PO BOX and I come and pick it up? Thanks

I have a possible solution for you but none of our standard axles match your measurements. Also, you will need to determine your axle capacity to find the right replacement. With a rectangular axle you won't be able to determine this by diameter. If you have a common bearing combination that will give you a good idea but the best option would be to get the VIN and contact the manufacturer.
Once you have the capacity you can find the right replacement parts. Since we don't have a matching hub face measurement you could use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension. This system fits any frame width and will replace your leaf springs for an upgraded independent suspension.
For example, if you found that you had a 3,500 lb axle you could use the # ASR3500S05. Then you could use the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K or # 8-247-50UC3-EZ if you want it galvanized since it is on a boat trailer. These would work with the Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35-D.
Also yes, we do ship to Canada.
