Hi Robert,

Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT79MR is compatible with hybrid models of the 2020 Honda CR-V. This hitch along with any other hitch you could install may possibly interfere with hands-free liftgate sensors so you'll most likely need to wave your foot around on either side of the receiver tube to see where the sweet spot is to trip the sensors and activate them.

If you plan on towing a trailer without brakes then you'll also want to pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741.
