Can The Removable Bumper Panel Be Used After Draw-Tite Receiver Is Installed on 23 Grand Cherokee?

Good morning....do you know if the removable bumper cover piece that comes off of the Jeep Grand Cherokee WL can be put back on to cover the hitch after installation of the Draw Tite Hitch after the hitch is installed?
