Installation of Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for GM OEM Puck Systems
Question:
I received The hitch today. Package was damaged but the hitch is fine. No instructions were in the box and I haven’t found a video for installation. My question is two washer/spacers came for the puck bolts. Do they go above or below the plate. Any help will be greatly appreciated thank you

The spacer/washer you're referencing on the # GY23XR sits underneath the plate. The only thing on top will be the nut and cotter pin as seen in the picture below.
