Replacement for 3,500 lb Lippert Axle With 85" Hub Face Measurement
Question:
Hey there, Im looking to purchase a new axle with the brake assembly attached. I just checked the axle I need to replace. Its a Lippert LCI35-SB-85-68.5-NOSP-OS-L-545-7242-30PT. I read on Lipperts site that the 3rd number in the code is hub face to hub face length. I dont see any 85 on your site. Do you carry this length? Thanks!

What you read is correct. You have a 3,500 lb Lippert axle with an 85" hub face and a 68-1/2" spring center measurement. I do have a solution, but unfortunately we do not carry a standard axle with these measurements. What I can offer is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w Electric Brakes # A35RS545E. This system is universal so it fits any frame width. It would also replace your existing leaf springs and upgrade you to an independent suspension.
