Trouble With Arm Assembly on the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack Being Hard to Turn
Question:
My long arm on my Thule xt bike rack acts like the threads are crossed,it’s very difficult. ,I’ve just ordered a new one from you but I’d appreciate any help or advice

That is something I have never heard of happening but I can see how some debris may have gotten inside your Arm # 1500052414 for your Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 and is causing it to be difficult to turn. You can try loosening the arm all the way out and spraying some penetrating oil on both sides of the long threaded screw to clean out the threads.
