Troubleshooting Curt Trailer Wiring Trailer Wiring Harness Where Turn Signals Stopped Working
Question:
I installed this on a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT. It functioned properly at first, but now, when I connect a tester or trailer, I have running lights, but no turn signals or brake lights. The converter is connected to power. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hey Brian, try testing the input side of the box for voltage to see if voltage is making its way into the box but not out. If the voltage isn't on the input side of the box the problem is probably wiring or wiring connections that need to be checked and fixed. If there is voltage on input side that would indicate that the box is damaged and would need to be replaced.
