Does Third Brake Light Camera for Aftermarket Monitor For Ford Replace Factory Bezel

Just so I understand the Instructions for Installing GCH Automotive Third Brake Lamp Camera on Ford Super Duty Truck. This replaces the existing Factory Bezel or is installed behind or in front of the existing factory bezel.
