Hi Tommy; thanks for the question and while you'll need spacers, your 2010 Chevy Colorado with a 3 inch lift is compatible with the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2384.
What you'll need is the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 3" Spacers # F2367.
I do also recommend considering a compressor to make inflating and monitoring the psi in the air bags much easier. The best option for that is a wireless compressor, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980EZ.
