Trailer Has A Bent Axle With 82" HF. What Are My Options For Replacing It?

I bought a trailer kit along time ago and I’ve bent the axle. I took the hubs off now I need a new axle the hubs I have are the electric brakes. Tip to tip 94 inches /93 1/2 Face-to-face is 82 Chassis with 76 These are the measurements I got

Hey William, I am sorry to say that we do not offer an axle with those exact dimensions. Our closes option is the Trailer Axle Beam # e33GR. This axle is rated for 5,200 lbs and has a hub face to hub face (HF) measurement of 86-1/2".
The only other option we can offer would be an Axle-Less setup like the Timbren # ASR3500S05 which is a 3,500 lb rated axle-less suspension system. You did not mention the weight capacity of the axle you are needing The Timbren setups are available in several different weight capacities and they are compatible with electric brakes.
I know this may not be exactly what you are looking for but these are our closest options. If you need an axle with those exact specifications you may want to try contacting an axle manufacturer like Dexter.
