To replace the leaf spring that fits with your 5,200 lb Lippert axle you likely need the 26" Long 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles # e94SR, but you'll need to measure from center-eye to center-eye on your current leaf springs when they don't have a load on them to ensure this length matches close to what you have.
