Can The Trimax Shackle Hitch # TMX82ZR Be Used To Recover A 2020 Jeep Cherokee

Can this hitch get my 2020 Jeep Cherokee out of a ditch? also does it come with a locking pin with the same rated weight? Also is this American made... I just had one of your 2 inch stage 3 trailer hitches installed in Toms River NJ. John

Hi John,
The Trimax Shackle Hitch for 2" Receivers # TMX82ZR would fit in a class III 2" trailer hitch receiver and has a 10,000lb capacity so it should be more than enough to handle the weight of your 2020 Jeep Cherokee (3,590 to 4,250lbs) if you had to pull it out of a ditch. It does not come with a hitch pin so you'll either need part # TMX33VR or # e98881 if you'd prefer to lock the accessory in the trailer hitch and prevent theft. This specific accessory is not made in America.
