Can side tool boxes still be installed with this?

The Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Contractor Rig Rack # FEF6985-CR4008 would block the bedrail lip so you'd have to mount any side toolboxes either to the rack or make your own t-slot bolts to mount the toolboxes into the track of the cover's rails.
