Can a Single Stage Propane Regulator Be Used Instead Of a Dual Stage on 1976 GMC Camper?
Question:
hi I have a 76 gmc camper. old n ugly. anyway undermount propane tank went bad. pulled it and just adapted hose to regulator and a 20lb tank. well dual regulator developed leak finally. can I just use a single regulator basically like just about every bbq and patch it into the gas line for motorhome. all I use ever is the fridge which is just a pilot light and stove top. I dont ever use water heater or heater. thanks

Yes, a Single Stage Regulator # CAM59013 can be used in place of a Dual Stage # 108221 since it has the same 11" water column of pressure and you are not going to exceed the 200,000BTU's this single stage regulator is rated for.
