Hey Jamie, thanks for the question, and the answer is 100% yes, Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbars are compatible with and will allow you to mount the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH629906.

Reason why is the Vortex crossbars are 3-1/8" wide x 1-3/16" tall and the Motion XT # TH629906 will fit crossbars that are a maximum of 3-1/2" wide x 1-11/16" tall.

Great choice with the Motion XT as it is super easy to put on those crossbars with just the turn of a dial on the clamps, gives you a robust 22 cu ft of cargo space, and has a lid that automatically locks once it's fully closed so your gear is always nice and secure.
