I would love to give you a straight "yes" or "no", but Thule was unable to verify the fit and we haven't tested it ourselves, so I don't want to lead you down the wrong path with just a guess. So while it's very likely the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6359B will fit your Lexus RX350L, you'll need to take a quick measurement to determine if it will. It's simple though, as all you'll have to do is measure the distance between your crossbars from center to center.

So long as that distance is between 23-5/8" and 35-1/2" then your Lexus will absolutely be able to mount the Thule Force # TH6359B.
