Should Sewer Gaskets Be Placed Inside Pipes or Camco Wastewater Replacement Valve for Installation
Question:
Hi What can you place on the gaskets to help keep them in place? Thanks Is it easier to place the gasket on the pipe then slide in the gate or keep it on the gate and try to slide it in? The gaskets seem to move.

It's going to be easier to place the gaskets on the pipe and slide the Camco RV Wastewater Tank Replacement Valve # CAM39513 in between.
If you can't get the gaskets to stay in place the what I recommend doing is taking a small piece of tape to keep them in place until you can get the Camco valve started. Once the valve is started you should be able to remove your tape and slide the valve the rest of the way before installing the bolts and nuts.
