Replacement 120 Volt Electric Wince For a Ham Radio Tower

I want to replace a hand winch on my Ham tower with an electric one. I have photos. I need help choosing a replacement.

Based on your images I would recommend either the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch # DL24876 which is controlled on with a switch on the unit or we have the same winch with a 10' wired remote # DL25046.
